Connection timeouts, slow page loads, Discord slow loading

I've been having this issue for about 6 months now, on and off. Connection timeouts, slow page loads, Discord slow loading, Twitch not working properly. I'm using FireFox as my main browser but I've also tried Chrome and Edge. Both have had the same issues too.

Since this is intermittent, I'd like to take a looksie if there are any issues that I can't see.

I have attached the FRST files for diagnosis.

Your logs are clean or malware.
This fix will maintenance cleanup and reset your IP.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Please post the Fixlog.txt.

If the problem persists please contact your Internet Provider and have them check your router.
It may be going bad.

Let me know if the problem is solved.

Thank you for your help, nasdaq.

Our router and modem are brand-new. Both Netgear. My husband has no issues with his browsers and uses FireFox as well. We are both connected with ethernet to the router.
