adwcleaner identifies ixquick.com in Firefox; can't remove

[needsleep]

adwcleaner identifies ixquick.com in Firefox, twice, but is unable to remove it.

adwcleaner successfully removed ixquick.com from Chrome.

Firefox bookmarks deleted where ixquick.com was in bookmark links.

malewarebytes will not throw a hit on ixquick, but adwcleaner will.

I've run through the pre-steps in https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/9573-im-infected-what-do-i-do-now/ for malewarebytes.

I've attached those files (FRST.txt, addition.txt and malwarebytes scan.txt)

I've attached logs for Adwcleaner run as well.
