The Malwarebytes froze when I clicked on the ""add exclusion" button and I had to use the task manager to close Malwarebytes. Please try using our Clean Removal process again. But this time don't reinstall Malwarebytes just yet. Once removed, restart the computer 3 times with a 10 minute wait period between reboots. However, immediaetly after I run AdwCleaner and go to settings and exceptions I CAN add exceptions. I see you have Acronis True Image, is it possible for you to do a Full backup just in case we end up breaking something you can then fully restore it to how it is right now. Create an Autoruns Log: Please download Sysinternals Autoruns from here. Save Autoruns.exe to your desktop and double-click it to run it. Once it starts, please press the Esc key on your keyboard. Now that scanning is stopped, click on the Options button at the top of the program and select Verify Code Signatures Once that's done press the F5 key on your keyboard, this will start the scan again, this time let it finish. When it's finished, please click on the File button at the top of the program and select Save and save the Autoruns.arn file to your desktop and close Autoruns. I did uninstall AvastAntiTrackPremium and Bonjour was deleted the last time. I updated the Applications Updates and verified the current version is 3.8.3.2965.
