Clients 5 google..do I need to worry

I have found clients5 .in my cookies. Every time I delete it from cookies. The next time I reopen google it appears there again.

....Malwarebytes does not recognise any malware or virus...do I need to take any action ?.  Do you thin this is safe ?

It is also on my android phone thanks to google syncing.

Not sure why you would be looking at cookies. No malicious harm is known to result from them.

Cookies are not malware, they're just data. In general, I don't recommend worrying too much about cookies.
