Malware Bytes Free - Causing Computer issues?

Today when I got to work my Malware bytes pop'd up saying a new free version is ready for download. I downloaded this and let it run before I did anything else. Afterwards, my computer starting having issues that their is a program not allowing a few appls like bluebeam and whatnot to run properly and forcing them closed. After reviewing Event Viewer it looks like it might be Malware bytes causing the issue. I saw a few threads similar to this already and figured it was time to start my own and get you help. Please help me if Malware bytes is the issues then maybe I got a bugged version and need your help removing it properly!

I saw the post about malware. figured i'd run the threat scan save it and the FARBAR Tool. Please see below if it helps.

The only red flag that stuck out to me is you are using Windows 10 build 10586 - November 2015. You are WAY behind in versions.

After the update, you were given a new trial of MB and that might have been an issue. Might have clashed with Sophos as well.

Please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained is safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
   • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
6. Click the Advanced tab
   
    
7. Click the Gather Logs button
   
    
8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer
   
    
9. Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK
   
    
10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:

Completed. I ran the support tool and followed the directions as you laid them out. Attached is the MBST file and I ensured the "Notify me of replies" is green and checked.

Hi there @Jukonion

The log indicate that you have both Sophos antivirus and Symantec antivirus running on this system. Please pick one and fully uninstall the other one.

Then reboot and let me know if you're still having an issue or not.
