Outbound connection blocked when visiting AT&T website

I am getting an outbound connection to "netcheckcdn.xyz" when I visit AT&T website on my browser, rendering it unable to connect. This happens most often in Chrome but also in Edge browser.  I have attached a report. Can you help, please?

I find it ironic that you have all these rules and regulations on how to post, yet when I post what is *required of me, the poster who copied my topic re line word for word got a reply and I did not.

This issue is ongoing for me. I can no longer access my AT&T account page on Chrome. I am using Malwarebytes beta and have been using Malwarebytes since . . . forever.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Reset Chrome...
Open Google Chrome, click on menu icon or the 3 vertical dots located right side top of the google chrome.
 
Click "Settings" then "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the screen.
 
Click "Reset and clean up" > "Restore settings to their original defaults"
 
Restart Chrome.
