You replied to a post over a year old, so I split your topic into a new one.

You can try going to https://my.malwarebytes.com and logging in if you have an account, that should allow you to manually reset your license for any machines you have setup. If you don't have a login there, you'll want to contact our support teams. You can do this through our support site at https://support.malwarebytes.com or by using our Support Tool at https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mbst

Thank you for getting back to me.

I did have an account but had to reset the password, successfully did that.

However, hit a roadblock... can't enter the site, "you have to confirm your email address before continuing".  I have not received an email that allows me to do this.

I have checked my past communications and nothing there either. How do I proceed?

Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders for the email in case they got caught there.

Sorry, there are NO emails anywhere in my account to verify my email address. How hard can this be??  I am reasonably computer savvy..I know where to look.

I also note when googling this problem it seems many have had this problem before me.  I have tried this many times now and nothing happens. How can I confirm my email>>>PLEASE!!!
