Adware.Agent.SRY

Did a deep scan with my antivirus today and found 1 threat which is labelled as Adware.Agent.SRY in my 

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\ppcrlcfg.dll So, I navigated the folder and found 4 items: 1) A folder named "production" 2) ppcrlcfg.dll 3) ppcrlconfig.dll 4) ppcrlui.dll And then I scanned it with MBAM, and it resulted in everything's OK. Did some googling but could not find anything about "ppcrlcfg.ddl", but instead there's alot discussion to remove infected "ppcrlconfig.dll". Was wondering should I go ahead and remove "ppcrlcfg.dll"? Or are "ppcrlcfg.dll" and "ppcrlconfig.dll" the same thing?  Or is it that "ppcrlcfg.dll" is a fake .dll that has been created but it is indeed an Adware? Lastly, are there any consequences or effects that will affect any known programs by removing "ppcrlcfg.dll? Thanks in advance.

The program should be removed.
There could be many traces of this application on your computer.

Download the version of this tool for your operating system.
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (64 bit)
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (32 bit)
and save it to a folder on your computer's Desktop.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

How to attach a file to your reply:
In the Reply section in the bottom of the topic Click the "more reply Options" button.

Attach the file.
Select the "Choose a File" navigate to the location of the File.
Click the file you wish to Attach.
Click Attach this file.
Click the Add reply button.
