Did a deep scan with my antivirus today and found 1 threat which is labelled as Adware.Agent.SRY in my

So, I navigated the folder and found 4 items:
1) A folder named "production"
2) ppcrlcfg.dll
3) ppcrlconfig.dll
4) ppcrlui.dll

And then I scanned it with MBAM, and it resulted in everything's OK. Did some googling but could not find anything about "ppcrlcfg.ddl", but instead there's alot discussion to remove infected "ppcrlconfig.dll". Was wondering should I go ahead and remove "ppcrlcfg.dll"? Or are "ppcrlcfg.dll" and "ppcrlconfig.dll" the same thing?  Or is it that "ppcrlcfg.dll" is a fake .dll that has been created but it is indeed an Adware? Lastly, are there any consequences or effects that will affect any known programs by removing "ppcrlcfg.dll? Thanks in advance.
