So I had a lifetime license on my malware bytes, but today when I opened the program I was running the free version and I don't know why it removed my premium version. The log you posted shows "unknown" for the license state. In all likelihood it somehow got corrupted and that's why it has reverted to the free version. You should be able to get it back into Premium mode by clicking Activate and re-entering your license information. If that doesn't resolve it you can try performing a clean install by following the instructions in this support article. Once it is reinstalled, go ahead and activate it with your license info once more and you should be all set. Please let us know how it goes and if there's anything else we might assist you with.
