Staff tetonbob Posted November 27, 2017 Staff ID:1186832 Share Posted November 27, 2017 Hi @drool- Can you provide a copy of the file, and the log from MBARW? It should be located here: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MB3Service\logs Attach both, please.
drool Posted November 28, 2017 Author ID:1186981 Share Posted November 28, 2017 Not sure I have the correct file, doesn't look human readable. Attaching a couple. Had to zip the exe to get the site to let me attach it. mbae-default.log MBAMSERVICE.LOG eqgame.zip
Staff tetonbob Posted November 28, 2017 Staff ID:1186986 Share Posted November 28, 2017 Thanks, two of those files are what we needed. The mbae-default log is for the anti-exploit component, and yes, is not human readable. I'll get one of our Research team to review this. Thanks for your patience.
