Real-time Web Protection Stopped Working. Cannot be turned on.

Hi,

Since morning today (20 May 2017), my real-time web protection turned off and can't be turned on. I noticed some of the other PCs in our office started to experience this as well. 

Malwarebytes has been uninstalled and the latest version from your website was installed (3.1.2) but the problem is still there.

I'm using latest version of Windows 10 Home edition. The other PCs mainly use Professional edition.

Pls advise.

Can you please try one suggestion. Run the 3.1.2 installer Again over the existing 3.1.2 product.

Let us know if that fixed the Protection not starting issue. If not we can start collecting logs.

The Database update we pushed out affected the Web protection and Malware protection.

But we already have published a fix for it.

In case you see the issue again please refer to the forum post below to see how to fix the issue.
