Hello,

I've 2 problems with Malwarebyte anti-ransomwares.

1) I've set somes files (of a program "Revisaudit") in exclusions but... Malwarebytes AR make troubles and it take theses files in Quarantines... Why ? The exe file in exclusion and in quarantine is the same...

2) It will be interessant to have possibility of set directory in exclusions. We can just set files in exclusions but if we have much files to set in exclusions it take long times.

Thanks a lot for your help,

Cordialy,

DAH

Hello DAH and :welcome:

Please carefully read the locked and pinned topic in this sub-forum, How to report a False Positive and for developer analysis, kindly attach the 3 requested .zip archives to your next reply in this thread.

If an exclusion has not already been entered, a temporary exclusion entry might then be made available to prevent a re-occurrence for your individual system.  Thank you for beta testing MBARW and your feedback.

Hi DAH - In addition to the information requested by 1PW, please note that we're aware of an issue with exclusions sometimes not being honored and have addressed that issue in our next Beta release. Stay tuned to this forum for a new post indicating the new release is ready.

As for folder exclusions, that is something we are examining for a future Beta release. Thanks for your interest and your feedback!
