Carbonated Posted May 17, 2016 ID:1040458 Share Posted May 17, 2016 @AdvancedSetup I'm sorry if I'm intruding on this thread but I have the same issue, so I wanna ask, is it enough just to delete the Task in the Task Scheduler or can we delete the two "ISUSPM" files located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\InstallShield\updateservice so it doesn't come back some time later? Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted May 17, 2016 Root Admin ID:1040465 Share Posted May 17, 2016 (edited) @Carbonated You can remove both. The need for an updated service from InstallShield is almost non existent. If this corrects your issue great if not then please post the requested FRST logs from the pinned topic. Thanks Edited May 17, 2016 by AdvancedSetup
