After downloading some photo editing software, I noticed my computer had some malware on it. I attempted to delete the malware, but was prompted to restart my computer to fully delete it. Upon the restart I get this window claiming, "Your Computer is suspected of malicious software, for the purpose of verification enter your windows product key. You will find your product key on the box that windows Dvd came in or in the welcome email or on the certificate of authenticity sticker."

I am unable to get my product key to work. I am unable to open the task manager.

Please advise.
