MPC Cleaner how to remove

Recommended Posts

Hi, I accidentally installed MPC cleaner on my PC with Windows 10. I have tried to uninstall it, but it doesn't show on the list of programs. I tried to delete the program file on C:Program files(x86) MPC cleaner but it says i don't have administrator permissions, even though I have them. I also tried to delete the process on the task manager, but it says access denied. I found a thread about this topic, but I cannot figure out how to fix this. i attached the file FRST.txt and Addition.txt as instructed to this thread. I've also already run Malware-Bytes Anti Malware and it doesn't seem to be able to remove this program.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello and welcome to Malwarebytes,

Please be aware the following P2P/Piracy Warning is a standard opening reply made here at Malwarebytes, we make no accusations but do make you aware of Forum Protocol....

There is illegal software installed and active on your system, that software is designed to crack Microsoft Products. As those actions are a direct breach of Forum Protocol no help is a available to you..

Your thread will be locked and closed....

Thank you,
