Rootkit?

Hello, I was just scanning my computer today with roguekiller when it found some items that i have not seen before. I do not know what these items are and I dont want to delete them incase they arent bad. Would someone please look over my roguekiller log and tell me what it means? That log from RogueKiller is clean, do have have reason to believe your system maybe infected?

I haven't noticed anything besides slow download speeds. Plus malwarebytes scans come back clean.
