Can't connect to Internet or run Malwarebytes

Ok I think my connection has finally stabilized.    I appreciate your patience.

 

So....you have tried to create a new profile other than the admin profile and when you open it there is nothing there to include a start menu or control panel?  Does it look like there is a Desktop at all??

Jeff, yes, there is a desktop. I was able to get the task manager up and I went through a number of options and under options I clicked always on top and it worked.

 

Thank you, I'm just going to move programs into the all programs menu.
