Hi,

We have some work to do, so we will take this step by step ok?   :)

Please go to the MBAR folder where you saved it and open it.

Inside you should see a folder named PLUGINS and a file called FIXDAMAGE.EXE inside that folder.  Double-click on Fixdamage.exe and let it run.  Once complete, reboot your system and then continue with the next step...

----------------------

Go to Start >> Run >> type CMD and this will open the command prompt.  Please copy/paste the following into the command prompt and press Enter

Netsh interface ip show config >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\MyTCPIP.txt

There will be a text file created on your Desktop named MyTCPIP.txt.  Please post that to your next reply.

Go ahead and run everything as an Admin if you will from now on. Thank you! :)

Click on START -> Control Panel -> Network Connections

Inside the Network Connection - right click over "Local Area Connection" and choose Properties
Highlight the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" entry as shown and then click on Properties

Then it should currently probably look like the image below using 98.191.158.2 as your DNS server.
Click on the radio button "Obtain DNS server address automatically" and then click OK to set it back to automatic

Once completed it should now look like this:

Now click one final OK and go ahead and restart the computer and see if you're able to connect to the Internet or not and let us know.
If unable to connect still then run a new FSS, FRST, and MiniToolBox scan and post back all the new logs.
