When I received the e-mail announcing this new program from Outlook/Hotmail, I also received a warning which stated 'this sender (no-reply@malwarebytes.org) failed our fraud detection checks. (And yes, they used the plural checks.

Is this something to be alarmed about?

A question on MSB please. I haven't used non-CD/DVD backup programs in the past so I'm slightly confused.

When we got the 5GB initial program and then upgraded to 100GB, for some reason, maybe I hit a wrong key or something, four folders on my system spent a day and a half being backed up to the cloud. 17.2GB's worth. (I didn't choose them.. just standard DOCUMENTS, VIDEOS, PICTURES, Etc..)

I can see now how to select folders, etc, for back up but I want to start from scratch and do it systematically but I've found no way to delete what's already on the SOS cloud. I admit I'm not the brightest LED on the string so I'd appreciate any assistance.

Hi Steve,

If you click on the Advanced tab and then click on the "Classic View" you should be able to select and delete data from the Server.

Denisse was also nice enough to send me instructions as well..

Due to the "won't backup a previously deleted filename" undocumented feature I think I'll hold off a bit.
