  1. Hello, and welcome to the forums here at Malwarebytes.org @ trichter It is quite possible that the malware found on your computer is closing the MBAM program causing these errors. @ vampiredog Can you not click on it cause its greyed out or do you not see the button Show Results? Both of you could use help from the experts: Please read the following so that you can begin the cleaning process: We don't work on Malware removal in the general forums. Please read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here. One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available. Please note that it may take 48 hours or more for you to receive a response in the malware removal forum, as it is often busy at times. Please do not reply to your own post asking for help unless its been more than 48 hours since you originally posted, as this can make it appear as though you are being helped and take longer for you to get help. If you are unable to do all or any of the steps in the link to the directions above, just post your problem into the forum I gave you a link to anyway and someone will be able to assist you. Alternatively, as a paying customer, you can contact the help desk at support@malwarebytes.org If you are a corporate customer please send an email to corporate-support@malwarebytes.org. (NOTE: An order number is required for corporate support.) Also, when replying, please use the "ADD REPLY" button or erase what the person you are replying to said, as this makes the forum easier to read. After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someone has replied to your post. Thank you

  5. Here is the HP web site for the drivers for your system 32bit: HP Web Site 32bit drivers This is the 64 bit section, (they may be the same driver) HP Web Site 64 bit drivers I did not see windows 7 listed, but I have used vista drivers in the past and made the work.
  6. This happened cause your windows registry has become corrupt. It could be due to hardware failure such as a faulty hard drive, faulty memory, or even malware could have caused this, were you expierancing any issues with malware? What are the specs for your computer? Brand?
  7. You are welcome, if you have further questions don't hesitate to ask.
  8. No the free version is only to be used by home users. To use it in a company you must buy a full version. For companies you need to use the corporate edition. If you just want to use it for cleaning computers in your company you need to get a technicians license. You can get pricing and info by going to this page: http://www.malwarebytes.org/corporate.php
  9. I dont know if this has been asked, but are you sure the headphones work on another computer? Also the obvious, are you sure you are plugging the headphones in the headphones jack and not the Mic jack, I seen folks do that.
  10. Good suggestion, but will it be able to identify changes I did to my host file without it thinking it was a hijack?

  23. you should also be careful what he downloads using Utorrent, as a lot of software and movies and songs there are copyrighted and therefore not legal. Your activity can be tracked and lead you to potential lawsuits.
