pamster Posted August 7, 2011 ID:463159 Share Posted August 7, 2011 Hi:I'm new to this and not real literate in this field. I certainly have a problem though with malware/virus. Every bit of protection I have has been disabled (Malwarebytes, zonealarm, and Avast). I dealing with the blank page popups, my browser (firefox)gets hijacked (I have to use cache to enter the site). I tried deleting malwarebytes, restarting in safe mode, and downloading and reinstalliing. It ran for about 3 seconds and shut down and won't reopen. The only clue I have is that when I try to shut down, there is one program that won't shut down and that is hello4.I certainly would appreciate any help.
