    Time for a Class Action?

    Issues like this can happen with any program, mainly protection software. I can't tell you how many times over the years a Windows patch update has caused issues. It happens. Malwarebytes responded quickly when this was detected and created a fast solution.

    Block was removed. It is https://trustedidpremier.com that is being blocked from the https://www.equifaxsecurity2017.com/ site.
  4. Do you know how to use Regedit? Step 1: Click the Start button on the bottom-left corner, type **regedit** in the empty search box and tap **regedit** in the results. Step 2: Select Yes in the User Account Control dialog. Make sure "My Computer" is highlighted Click "Edit"> "Find" Type in **Malwarebytesr** tap Enter Key. **Right Click** on the file if found and select "Delete" Tap the "F3" Key to find the next entry of the file. Continue using the "F3" Key until it's finished searching. Close Regedit. Now try the setup / install

You have 3 AV's AV: Windows Defender (Disabled - Up to date) AV: IObit Malware Fighter (Enabled - Up to date) AV: Bitdefender Antivirus Free Antimalware (Enabled - Up to date) Never install more than one Antivirus and Firewall! Rather than giving you extra protection, it will decrease the reliability of it seriously! The reason for this is that if both products have their automatic (Real-Time) protection switched on, your system may lock up due to both software products attempting to access the same file at the same time. Also because more than one Antivirus and Firewall installed are not compatible with each other, it can cause system performance problems and a serious system slowdown. I would highly suggest uninstalling IObit Bitdefender After uninstall those 2 and restarting the pc, try installing Malwarebytes again

  8. Start Task Manager To start Task Manager, take any of the following actions: Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, and then click Task Manager. or Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. End the process for all MBAM, MBAE, Chameleon If listed. Please open Malwarebytes > Settings > make sure Self Protection is unchecked Now try running the install

    From the customer. Im just trying so say that this ban have occured mistakenly. And for last month I am trying to do everything in order to get unbanned. Could you please ask your team to recheck our site because we never spread malvare through our sites and not going to do it in the nearest future)) Moreover, your software is the only that banned our site and it is not normal that you ban sites for no reason.

  13. vidtonal, Have you tried Safe Mode? What version of Windows are you using? Also can you do this? Please download our diagnostic tool, MB-Check to your Desktop from this link: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3_check Double-click it to run it. A black command prompt window will appear momentarily and you will see a message appear telling you to locate the zipped log files. A log file named mb-check-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Please attach this log to your next reply. The log will help us determine if the all the necessary Malwarebytes files are installed and confirm that all of our services are running..
  14. Try restarting the pc in Safe Mode and deleting them.
