Error 11004

Hello, I hope someone can help me... I have done everything possible to update malwarebytes to no avail. I keep getting this error.

I have done the clean thing 3 times and re-downloaded it 3 times still keep getting this error .

Please run the following DDS scan and post back both logs.

• Download DDS and save it to your desktop from

here or here or here
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs
  • DDS.txt
    
    
  • Attach.txt
    
    

Please attach these two logs in your next reply.

He just means download the tool and double click to run it. It'll do the rest.

Please click on any of the three links.

Save the file that gets downloaded to your desktop.

After you run the tool it will provide output.

Attach the files created by the tool in your reply.

Click Browse and locate each file to attach.

Then click Attach File.

Having same 11004 error as so many others. Did the clean 3 times and reinstall am using paid version.

Same files for my 2nd computer, I do have 2 licenses for malwarebytes.

I did try resetting router. I have a "router" from comcast, then also a home network router. I reset both...

Hello Linksith,

Please do the following:

• Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here
  
• It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so very important
  
• After the computer restarts, temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here
  
  • Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent via email if using the Pro version
    
  • Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.
    Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray if using the Pro version. Now setup any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications. You may use the guides posted in the FAQ's here or ask and we'll explain how to do it.
