Malicious IPs being blocked nonstop - 2

Recently I got infected with several viruses (all at once) which almost knocked out my computer completely. At first I couldn't even boot in safe mode. Somehow I managed and ran combofix, along with Malwarebytes, Spybot, Windows defender & CCleaner to clean up my computer. My computer had Trojan.FakeAV!gen 42, Trojan.Zefarch!gen5 and click.giftload on it. After cleaning, I keep getting the "malicious IP addresses being blocked" message from Malwarebytes, which pop up every minute or so with about 3 different IP addresses. This happens even if I'm not on the internet. Also I am not using programs such as limeware or etorent. I have tried a second time to clean everything in safe mode and still get the messages. How can I get this to stop?
