There's a virus going around. ITS on YOUR computer it names itself System32. This virus can be picked up from downloading files from other computers that already have the virus, or even from visiting sites.

DELETE System 32!!!! ASAP and change any passwords you might have entered over the past two weeks.

Go into your C: then into the Windows folder, then the System32 folder is there DELETE IT NOW

It'll pretty much destroy your computer. If you look at your start menu most windows features will be listed there. It won't crash it as running components are still in memory, but it will cause a great deal of problems and possibly do nothing more then boot.
