2Ton Posted September 8, 2008 ID:27202 Share Posted September 8, 2008 Manual update, uninstall/reinstall went smoothly. No problem with the internal update, I just wanted to update differently this time. Root Admin RubbeR DuckY Posted September 8, 2008 Author Root Admin ID:27209 Share Posted September 8, 2008 1. You can use any of the mirrors to update. I suggest SecurityWonks.net2. Click Remove Selected and it will fix the bug you are having. The explanation is above.
Sunshine Posted September 8, 2008 ID:27213 Share Posted September 8, 2008 Correct , all this is , is us correcting a minor glitch .The glitch has no symptoms and does not actually affect anything , we are just getting data set exactly the way MS sets it .Thank You!Can I ask another question. My Spybot is loaded after a scan....do I remove all. It was good friday and its like over the weekend I got covered. How are they getting in. I am lost and have not clue on computers.Well 2 questions......Why does it take my comp so much longer than others I see to do just a quick scan. Sunshine Posted September 8, 2008 ID:27215 Share Posted September 8, 2008 DSL has nothing to do with quick scan . DSL is how fast your PC can talk to the web . You system's power compared to system load and installed components determines the speed of our quick scan .If you did a temp file cleanup first it should help as MBAM will have less to scan .Thanks Again.....sorry I reasked the ? again......did not see this....I jumped the gun...Sorry! Posting all over this site is only going to get you and everyone else confused.
