Is there any Database Changelog where I can see, which Database Version is actual?

There used to be, but Marcin's last post was on 5-28-2008, so it doesn't look like he's maintaining the changelog anymore.

The latest version of the database, at the time I'm posting this, should be 853.

Unfortunately, we have such a small team that it would be to much to handle. We hope to eventually incorporate this but right now our priorities are malware removal.

MBAM removes it as soon as we find it, put it that way. nosirrah searches for what will be next, anything not removed in the HJT forum is submitted so what ever your going to see MBAM is likely to be able to get it or will with the next update. I have seen the program update 4 times in a day. Very likely there have been more.

We have a forum dedicated to posting HijackThis logs. It's where our experts help users who need talked through malware removal. They are often able to use the information in HijackThis logs (I'm fairly certain that HJT calculates MD5 sums on every file it lists) to add malware to their database.

While I don't have much experience with SVN software, I imagine something could be set up to do this automatically.

HJT does not do MD5. The upload link for submitting files is http://uploads.malwarebytes.org/ the HJT forum in a subforum of the PC Help section and you must be pre-approved to work in there.

Oops I have never used MD5 in HJT, it is usually challenge enough to just get the logs we need to remove. As you say Raid the sample is what we go after for you guys.

Thats why this option is nearly never used, I think i did about 2.000 HJT Logs, and never asked for MD5.
