Anti Virus

I wonder about this all the time. When using Malwarebytes AntiMalware, do you really need an Antivirus package like Avast?

I have Avast on a few computers and It just never seems to do anything but slow them down.

Malwarebytes is the one that catches everything and keeps those computers from getting messed up. It has also been able the fix a computer or 2 after they have been infected. The computers had avast and no malwarebytes when they developed the problems. So.... Thats why I'm a happy paying customer of the Antimalware package.

It just seems like Avast or any other Antivirus package isn't really needed.

I really like Kaspersky & Avira.

I haven't had any personal experience with Avast! thus far, but from what I've read & heard about it it sounds like a great AV :)
