I contacted McGafee and they wouldn't give me your telephone no. or transfere me to tech help. They told me that Halwarebytes could not help wilh this band wanted me to puchase another manware throught them. I told them that you are my tech help and I pay you every month and do not want anther support sytem please give me your no and I will contact you. THey told me the trojan was blocking access to you. I need help before it destorys my hard drve if they were telling me the truth.

Hello Gloria,

Do do what Firefox suggests. When you do start your thread there, Be sure you tell there what the name of that trojan was, and what file or files were listed by your McAfee program.
