Run-time error '9' subscript out of range

After finally been able to run MBAM.EXE a new problem occured. When i start to scan, after the 13th infection it finds it says Run-time error '9' subscript out of range. Is there any way around this?

Getting the same runtime error 9. were they able to resolve this for you?

I would believe this was posted last night, and malware removal usually takes several days. The wait time on the helpdesk is nowhere near as bad as the forums though.

Well, I only have the free version so they may not help me at all Everyone recommends malwarebytes, but I can't see paying for the full version if I can't even get the free one to work we'll see

I am also running into this particular problem. I am cleaning up a friends computer and installed a fresh copy of 1.42 using the directions from bleeping computer to remove the AntiVirus Plus malware software. However whenever I run the scan it finds 39 infected files and stops at c:\windows\system32\xpsp4res.dll stating Run-time error '0': Subscript out of range. Upon clicking OK, it closes malwarebytes and nothing was done. Should I perhaps download an older version of malwarebytes or just try to find another removal tool? I would like to avoid doing a full reinstall if possible.

I seem to have the Vundo Trojan and am experiencing the same issue. When I run a scan of Malware Bytes it throws an error: 'Run-time error '9' subscript out of range' and then closes the program.

Let me know if anyone finds a work around or a fix for this.
