Cannot Install Malwarebytes Privacy Because Malwarebytes Premium Is Install

Hi,

 

I have a Malwarebytes Lifetime subscription, so I have Malwarebytes installed. It has the VPN built-in, but I cannot use it because it requires Premium Plus. But I also have a Privacy subscription, but whenever I try to install the Privacy client, it tells me a newer version of Malwarebytes is already installed that supports Malwarebytes Privacy. But, again, I cannot use it because my lifetime sub doesn't support Premium Plus.

Is there going to be an accommodation for those of us who already have an existing Privacy subscription?

It is being worked on. NO ETA

In the meantime, you will have to uninstall MB5 (be sure to deactivate first) and install MB4 Again. https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb4_offline

Then you can install the stand-alone VPN.
