Is This a false positive on virustotal?(only 3 positives but making sure)

zip file from

https://github.com/UniversalSplitScreen/UniversalSplitScreen/releases/tag/v1.2.0 

malwarebytes got nothing only 3 ikarus rising and maxsecure on virustotal

virustotal detection https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/bcab018c1bccbc0aa22e22726a8dfc95538c44e39d567b1edd5076ec47be6a77/detection

should i unpack this and run the executable inside or is it dangerous

(this is the only topic i found that seemed this could go in if not please tell me for future reference)

While it was very nice of @cli to reply as a courtesy, the purpose of the False Positive sub-forums is to submit those objects that a Malwarebytes products flags and users believe it shouldn't be flagged. 

The intent doesn't include clarifying 3rd party application detections.

ok sorry i will only create posts here for malwarebytes false positives thank you for informing me of my misusing of the false positives forum
