Rad747 Posted April 3 ID:1627666 Share Posted April 3 I am running Windows 10. In May 2013 we purchased a new computer and a lifetime subscription for my PC of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro. It has been updating and working fine till March 13, 2024. I now get a notification that it hasn't been updated in 19 days. When I try to manually update it says it is running the latest database, even though it hasn't been updated for 3 weeks. I have the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro version disk (including the ID and key numbers) that I purchased. I saw on a previous post in the forum that version 4 is out now. I don't know how to proceed to get this version to work or get a new version installed.

Uninstall what you have and download and install the following. Version 4 Version 4 is only available with the offline installer. https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb4_offline https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038479154-Activate-Subscription-on-Malwarebytes-for-Windows-v4 Edited April 3 by Porthos
