Am I getting false malware warnings because of ChatGPT

I used ChatGPT to create a Microsoft Word document.  I think this tripped Malwarebytes to tag a file as malware.  The file name starts with: Malware.AI.4267193264.  What is this?  Is this really Malware or something that is being caught through using ChatGPT. The reason I feel like it is ChatGPT because it caught three of these when it tried to make three different Word documents for me.

Does anyone know what this represents?
