I think I finally attached the zip file.  I had to drag.  It would only load as a text file before.

Now update Malwarebytes to the current version and run a regular scan.

Some of your other software is out of date, I suggest downloading Patch My PC and run it to update your installed software. It is free and safe.

Other than that, if your Malwarebytes does not find any issues you are good to go.

I Updated MWB and Ran a Regular Scan.  I'm reading about PatchMyPC.

Question:  I get this Notification from Windows10 saying turn on Virus Protection.  Should I do this?

Mine looks Exactly like this.  

Wonder why it says Turn On  Windows Defender when it is already on?  I will keep checking.

That is because when we turned off Malwarebytes from registering in the security center it took a moment to catch up.

Happens every time with no cause to worry.

It happens because of the following and it is a one-time thing.

We would never offer you a tool that will harm your system. I use it on every client I serve in the "real" world.

I'm just a bit obtuse when it comes to tech stuff.

I downloaded Patch and I only had 3 apps to update but I seem to be in a loop because when I hit PERFORM 1 UpDate after checking the app in Red  to update it says It is cancelling because of something.

Any reason for you to have TeamViewer on the computer?

I had a computer guy helping me from FL when we moved to HI.  I lost touch with him and cannot locate him.  I think something bad happened.  He remoted into my computer to do stuff.  This is why I know nothing.

That's the only reason.

Should I uninstall it?
