Porthos I retried following direx and I had to drap folder to attach.  This is just an icon shortcut?

First, remove the following exclusions. By having those exclusions you turned off most of your protection.

I fixed original issue of Word Block but I wanted to see if my Settings are correct because I changed some attempting to get Word back.  

Have I successully located the zip file above?  I'm sorry to be a pest.

Fast start in Windows is what to disable not Start with Windows in the Malwarebytes settings

I did it Porthos.

Great, I understand that fumbling around with Malwarebytes settings is frustrating at the moment.

We will do one thing at a time and stop and report it is done.

@frerejacque Delete the mbst-grab-results.zip on your computer and use the support tool and create a new one and attach it
