It's still detected when I do a complete/full scan.  VirusTotal show the file clean.

If you have the following on , Please turn them off. I do not have a detection on the file you uploaded.

In my opinion that recommendation does not speak well for the reliability of Malwarebytes.  I suggest that placing the file detection in Always Ignore is a better option.  The developers should focus on correcting the deficiencies of these two options so that they do not generate false positives.

The file has been whitelisted. That setting is off by default. Its an aggressive mode that if the user is an expert on detecting malware they can turn on to detect possible zero day malware. Being its an aggressive mode fps will occur by default.
