Good afternoon, I woke up this morning and saw an email that my password had been changed. I tried to log in and the email has been changed. I submitted a ticket but wanted to hopefully expedite the process as my elderly folks use this as well as one of my 3 computers. How can I reclaim my account. I have submitted a ticket #3443444. and gathered log info. also I know my account is set to auto renew in a little over a month. is there anyway whoever took my account can access my card info?

If I could make a suggestion. this has happened one other time. When an email got changed it sent an email to the old address (mine) with a link to switch the email back within x # of hours. I was able to reclaim and switch everything back very quickly.

Just a thought.
