Good afternoon, I woke up this morning and saw an email that my password had been changed. I tried to log in and the email has been changed. I submitted a ticket but wanted to hopefully expedite the process as my elderly folks use this as well as one of my 3 computers. How can I reclaim my account. I have submitted a ticket #3443444. and gathered log info. also I know my account is set to auto renew in a little over a month. is there anyway whoever took my account can access my card info?
