Are you just getting an infinite loading circle? even if you uninstall the Browser Guard or even just Pause/Allow it So if you install it and uninstall, no matter what, you can't watch shows in that website anymore. this is on Chrome but same issue on Firefox, Edge, either Windows 7 or Windows 10. Can we get some basic logs please so that we can check out what might be going on with your system. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop. Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. Press the Scan button. It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply. The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply as well. Thank you Link to post

Then plug the router back in again and start the computer back up again and see if that helps with the connection issue. Once you've posted the requested logs we'll take a look at those too. Solution Kablooie Posted October 5, 2022 Solution ID:1536600 Share Posted October 5, 2022 I had the same or similar issue watching Lower Decks (any of them) on Paramount+. Kept getting a "Sorry this video is unavailable, Error Code 4200". With some experimentation, I found that disabling the Ads/Trackers monitoring (but leaving the others enabled ) - viola, video.
