I had the same or similar issue watching Lower Decks (any of them) on Paramount+.
Kept getting a "Sorry this video is unavailable, Error Code 4200".
With some experimentation, I found that disabling the Ads/Trackers monitoring (but leaving the others enabled ) - viola, video.
