trying to download Browser Guard ...

[4WD1]

from the Chrome Web Store but there is a banner warning at the top of the page saying

                    This item has been disabled in Chrome. Enable this item

When I click on the 'Enable this item" link it just refreshes to the same page.

Seems like they are preventing me from downloading Browser Guard?

You may want to try restarting your computer and see if that helps.

If it does not then perhaps a bit of cleaning up for Chrome
