Root Admin AdvancedSetup 255 Posted July 18, 2019 Root Admin ID:1323426 Share Posted July 18, 2019 I would initially try a restart of the client if possible. If you're still having an issue you may need to contact our Business Support https://support.malwarebytes.com/
Staff ExiledMender 0 Posted July 18, 2019 Staff ID:1323428 Share Posted July 18, 2019 (edited) Hi @DavidWe, Really sorry to see that you are experiencing issues updating Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. To resolve the issue please use the Malwarebytes Support Tool for business environments. Once the software is removed, reinstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. If you also have Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit and Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware installed, they would need to be reinstalled also after using the Tool. If the issue persists get in touch with our Business Support. Edited July 18, 2019 by ExiledMender
