  1. Hi @DavidWe, Really sorry to see that you are experiencing issues updating Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. To resolve the issue please use the Malwarebytes Support Tool for business environments. Once the software is removed, reinstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. If you also have Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit and Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware installed, they would need to be reinstalled also after using the Tool. If the issue persists get in touch with our Business Support.
  2. Hey Tatemassa, Sorry to hear about the troubles you have with signing in to the Malwarebytes Management Console. Instructions on how to reset the Malwarebytes Management Console password via the SQL CMD have been sent to your email under the ticket you raised.
