Hello and Welcome!

Seems you are running a proxy server on this computer, is that correct? That may be what is blocking the connection to the activation servers.  Remove the proxy setting and see if that corrects your issue.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings: [ProxySettingsPerUser] 1 <==== ATTENTION (Restriction - ProxySettings)
ProxyServer: [S-1-5-21-2706503756-2889747525-4114291632-1001] => 62.210.105.103:3128

Make sure to reboot after, or at least flush your DNS.

Can you try going to the following URL in your browser and let me know what the page says? (You should simply get an OK message)

https://sirius.mwbsys.com
https://keystone.mwbsys.com

Now that you have that disabled/removed, lets get a fresh set of logs please..

Thanks

Hello,

This issue is being caused by an issue with third-party DLL files inserted into the Winsock. In this particular case, the DLL file inserted by Proxifier version 3.21.

We are currently investigating this issue. In the meantime, Proxifier version 3.21 will need to be uninstalled. Alternatively, you can revert to the previous version of Malwarebytes using the following link: https://malwarebytes.box.com/s/plo5hdm39who0lwld7j1y5e55rum8z33
