Max Wachtel Posted September 10, 2009 ID:123874 Share Posted September 10, 2009 Hello!I just installed MBAM, entered my key,activated the protection, the protection started and all seems fine but I can't seem to find the option to open the GUI again! Just the options from the system tray. What am I missing??? Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted September 10, 2009 Root Admin ID:123889 Share Posted September 10, 2009 You should have an entry for Malwarebytes on your main Windows menu structure. There are 3 shortcuts. 1 for the program, 1 for the help file, and 1 for uninstall. Depending on you choice during installation you may also have one on the Quick Launch or on your Desktop. You can also double-click the tray icon and it will start the scanner as well.Make sure you've setup the program for scheduled updates and check to make sure it's getting updates before doing scans.Thank you.
