Malwarebytes Services Causing Slow PC

I started seeing this same problem about a week ago. I found that quitting Malwarebytes returned Windows 10 response to normal. Suggestions?

I'm running Malwarebytes Premium 3.6.1.

Hello and Welcome back!

You state that your running v3.6.1 but you logs show you are on version 3.7.1.  Did you recently update to the latest version? Did you perform a reboot after the update?

How long does it take for the computer to become "Slow"?
