Did my pc got hacked and remote control or just got effected by by virus? P

Hi, i'm a online trader and here is my problem.

Two days ago i'm trading with someone like usual, as that time, i was open a lot of browser as the same time. One for my customer to active a product for him, one for checking received payment and sending money to other guy. As that time when i opened the website to activate the product and waiting for receive my payment, the website itself popup messager that my product was activated successful. I didn't even touch or do anything, it just login to someone account and activate my product. No moving mouse cursor, no strange works like transfer my paypal money to other strange account or fully remote control on my PC.

3 weird things that i've note is:

1/ 5 minutes before it happen, my browser auto bookmark a youtube tab which i'm watching.

2/ Auto login to the website and activate my product and logout right after that.

3/ Send value of Ethernet from Task manager unusually high.

And my Malwarebyte premium didn't detect anything. My paypal account until now still safe, So please tell me what do you think about this situation, did my PC got hijacked or just some virus?
