Website blocked due to riskware notification

Hello,

I've followed some of the steps I saw here for notifications that a certain website is blocked (installed Farbar Recovery Tool, etc.), and I'm attaching here the logs for FRST and the MB check log. I hope someone can take a look and let me know what it is that I have. I keep getting the same website (adult.checkyoursite.com) with every new tab I open.

Thank you!
